Integrated Community Development Campaign (ICDC-Nepal) is a non-profit making, non -governmental, non – religious and service oriented national level organization. Since its establishment in 1997, it has been working in the field of integrated community development. It has kept a record history of rendering quality humanitarian services in the thematic socio-economic issues like education, advocacy, environment, sanitation, livelihood, reconstruction and rebuilding, human/child rights protection, gender, mental health and psychosocial support and HR development.

ICDC Nepal, in partnership with Karl KuebelStiftung- BMZ, Germanyis implementing a program with the title” Reconstruction and Rebuilding of Lives in Nepal- RRN”. This project will be carried out in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality -1, Dhading district of Nepal.

Applications are invited from interested candidates for the following positions:

Vacancy No. Position& No. Task / brief job description Required qualification

ICDC-019/1

Program Coordinator -1 Responsible for overall activities of the project, under the supervision of ED of organization & regulated by the project documents. S/he plan, coordinate and execute the project activities with the support of project team.  The person will prepare project documents, monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reports and final reports. S/he responses, build up linkages and coordinates with the concerned stakeholders on behalf of the project. Master’s degree in social science or equivalent with atleast 2 years experience or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience in the similar position.
ICDC-019/2 Accountant – 2 Responsible for accounting and financial management, book keeping, cash transactions, banking services, preparation and submission of quarterly statement of accounts and preparation of annual audits. This position will engage 100% involvement in the project and responsible for recording BMZ funded expenditure. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and /or finance with at least 3 years of working experience
ICDC-019/3 Data Management Officer- 1 Data Management Officer will be responsible for developing monitoring plan, designing appropriate data collection tools, using advanced techniques to acquire data, periodically update data in the IMS, produce periodic reports and provide feedback to the project team. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least 2 years of working experience in the similar position.
ICDC-019/4 Sub -Engineer -1  Responsible for assisting the community for the construction of earthquake resistant toilets and other community structures as per the plan. S/he ensures the quality of the materials to be used in the infrastructure development and provide all technical support Completion of at least 15 months overseer course from recognized institution, at least 3 years’ experience in related field, computer literate
ICDC-019/5 Social Worker-1 Responsible for Health, Sanitation, Children& adolescent and Education thematic activities Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of working experience or 10+2 level with at least 3 years of experience in similar position.
ICDC-019/6 Social mobilizer -1 Responsible for supporting in construction activities through coordination of local contribution, supply management, data collection as well as reporting. S/he will also be assisting cooperative activities. S/He will be assisting DRR activities.Maintain gender equality in the project activity and conduction of women empowerment activity through women groups. 10+2 level completed minimum, at least 2 years of work experience as a community worker in rural community, computer literate
ICDC-019/7 Livelihood Officer -1 Responsible for mobilizing JTAs. Facilitate development of entrepreneurship, business plan development, market linkage; facilitate trainings as well as formation and strengthening of farmer club. Responsible to maintain gender equality in the project activity. Bachelor’s degree inrelevant field with at least 3 years of working experience.
ICDC-019/8 JTA-1 Responsible for overall livelihood activities concerning animal husbandry  and agriculture improvement Qualified JTA from accredited institution with atleast 3 years of working experience
ICDC-019/9 Driver-1 Responsible for driving office vehicle Holding a four wheel driving license of Nepal with at least 5 years of continued driving experience.
