Conduct Hygiene needs assessments, including personal interviews at household level, facilitation of FGD, site visits and meet with key members of community.
Form user committees, child clubs and strengthen and mobilize them for the sustainability of the WASH activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Build the capacity of women within the community to promote their meaningful participation and leadership role in different forums and committees in the communities through partner;
Lead in integrating gender and protection into MEAL; set specific indicator for process monitoring and follow up, advise team in getting gender specific information through spot monitoring and joint monitoring;
Ensure knowledge management; documentation of gender and protection related documents, case study and best practices;
Ensure sex , age and caste based disaggregating data are collected through all the thematic areas and documented; for example, snapshot of district;
