Forum for Community Upliftment System (FOCUS-NEPAL) a NGO based on Dhading district is implementing Earthquake Recovery Programme in partnership with Christian Aid Nepal. FOCUS-NEPAL is planning to procure the proposal mentioned below for Mason and Carpenter Training in Khari, Chainpur and Jyamrung VDC of Dhading district. Therefore, all interested Service Provider/suppliers are requested to submit proposal to FOCUS-NEPAL, Dhading.

Terms and Conditions (Mandatory):
1. Proposal to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to the address mentioned below.
2. The envelope should clearly mark this subject: “Proposal for Mason and Carpenter Training.”
3. While submitting the proposal form, all suppliers must include following documents:
a. Copy of valid company registration certificate
b. Copy of VAT registration certificate
c. Copy of tax clearance certificate
d. Latest Audit report
4. Last date of RFP submission is 18th October 2016, 5:00 pm.
5. RFP will be opened in the presence of Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 19th October, 2016 at the office of FOCUS-NEPAL, Neelakantha-3, Dhading.

The RFP can be collected from FOCUS-NEPAL Office, Neelakantha-3, Dhading, or suppliers can request for electronic copy of the RFP by sending an email to [email protected]/[email protected] for more information please contact on 010-520519.

Therefore, FOCUS NEPAL invites our company to submit a RFP Publish Proposal Notice in Local Daily Newspaper/Online for the Detail items specifications and terms and conditions are as below.
