Forum for Community Upliftment System (FOCUS-NEPAL) a NGO based on Dhading district is implementing Earthquake Recovery Programme in partnership with Christian Aid Nepal. FOCUS-NEPAL is planning to procure the items mentioned below for Goat Supply in Khari, Chainpur and Jyamrung VDC of Dhading district. Therefore, all interested Service Provider/suppliers are requested to submit their filled Tender forms to FOCUS-NEPAL, Dhading.

Terms and Conditions (Mandatory):

Filled up tender forms to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to the address mentioned below.
The envelope should clearly mark this subject: “Tender form for Khari Goat supply.”
While submitting the tender form, all suppliers must include following documents:
Copy of valid company registration certificate
Copy of VAT registration certificate
Copy of tax clearance certificate
Latest Audit report
Last date of RFQ submission is 18^th October 2016, 5:00 pm.
RFQ will be opened in the presence of Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 19^th October, 2016 at the office of FOCUS-NEPAL, Neelakantha-3, Dhading.

The RFQ form can be collected from FOCUS-NEPAL Office, Neelakantha-3, Dhading, or suppliers can request for electronic copy of the RFT form by sending an email to [email protected]/[email protected] for more information please contact on 010-520519.

Note: FOCUS-NEPAL/APEIRON reserves the right to accept or reject any tender forms without any reasons whatsoever.

Therefore, Focus Nepal invites our company to submit a RFT Publish Tender Notice in Local Daily Newspaper for the Detail items specifications and terms and conditions are as below.
