Sahayata Nepal (Help Nepal) is a non-governmental organization which has been carrying out different activities with the approach of Advocacy, awareness raising and social empowerment especially in thematic areas of Education, Health, livelihood and Environment making coordination, collaboration and community mobilization as a vital tool.
Sahayata Nepal is going to conduct social research in southern VDCs of Dhading district for its upcoming project. We are currently hiring some short term staffs for this particular purpose.

Research Officer/ Supervisor: 2
Job description
While projects are in the planning stages,
- Work with team members to identify project goals, research methods, variables, and other test parameters.
- Offer recommendations on evaluating the project.
- Prepare research schedules to monitor the activities of research teams.
During the research project
- Review gathered research and analyze various sets of data.
- Verify that information on databases remains secure, as well as ensure that all team members complete their tasks and work cooperatively with the team.
- Interpret data and start writing reports.
Job Location:
- 80 % Field visits in southern VDCs of Dhading
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least completed Bachelors degree.
- Fluent in Nepali and a fair command of English language
Field Researcher/Enumerator
Number of Staff: 10
Job Description:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews, field surveys, data cleaning, data entry, reporting field level information and coordination with stake holders.
Job Location:
- Field visits in southern VDCs of Dhading
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have at least completed Intermediate Level, Bachelors preferred.
- Fluent in Nepali and a fair command of English language (knowledge of local language i.e Chepang, Tamang is preffered).
- Candidates with experience of conducting field surveys and research works will be given priority
- Candidates should possess good communication skills and should be proactive.
- Candidates should possess good rapport building skills and crisis management skills
